Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by Safe Systems, which automatically calls Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm goes off. 6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors. 7. The front door and door hardware to each unit has a 20 minute fire rating. 8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one hour fire rating. 9. Egress windows in every bedroom and living area. Personal Safety: 1. Apartment entry is by a locked keypad. 2. Deadbolt locks on every unit front door. 3.
