Owner Pays for: Snow removal, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. Unit Description: Unit 2 is a garden-level apartment with plenty of natural light throughout. This Unit is on the West side of the property. In addition to the bathroom with two under-mounted double vanity sinks, there is also a "Jack & Jill" bath that two of the bedrooms share.
