Resident pays a flat rate of $65.00/bdrm per month for the following utilities and services: Gas (Central Heat), Water/Sewer, Central Air Conditioning, Snow removal, Lawn care, and Landscape maintenance.


Unit Description:
Unit 3 is on the main floor and faces 14th St. This Unit has it's own separate exterior entrance and exclusive access to the vast front porch where most tenants would spend six months of the year watching the activities on the University Hill.
Fire Safety:

1. Newest building on the University Hill built to International Building Code standards (work completed Summer 2010).
2. Every bedroom, closet, and living area is fire sprinklered.
3. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector.
4. Every bedroom and living area has a hard-wired wall-mounted strobe light that is both an audible and visual fire alarm.
5. Fire alarm system is monitored 24/7 by Safe Systems, which automatically calls Boulder Fire Department in the event the fire alarm goes off.
6. All of the bedroom doors are solid core wood doors.
7. The front door and door hardware to each unit has a 20 minute fire rating.
8. All of the self-closing stairwell steel fire doors have a one hour fire rating.
9. Egress windows in every bedroom and living area.

Personal Safety:

1. Apartment entry is by a locked keypad.
2. Deadbolt locks on every unit front door.
3. Each bedroom has a solid wood door and is keyed individually. Tenant needs to go through two locked doors to access their bedroom.
